普羅夫迪夫聖母教堂 Church of the Holy Mother of God, Plovdiv是位於普羅夫迪夫老城七座山丘之一的內貝特泰佩 Nebet Tepe上。這裡九世紀就存在一座小教堂，1186年普羅夫迪夫君士坦丁潘泰希 Plovdiv Constantine Pantehi主教對教堂進行了翻修，成為修道院的一部分，1371年保加利亞-奧斯曼戰爭期間，奧斯曼土耳其人征服了這座城市，教堂和修道院都被摧毀。現在的建築建於 1844 年。
